"Bought a battery from them last August and have had nothing but problems. My auto start/stop quit working and it wouldn’t hold a charge for longer than a day. I kept taking it in and the lady that is the manager was extremely rude. They finally replaced it and still had the same problem. After being stranded a couple times I finally went to O’Reilly. The battery from O’Reilly works great and no issue. Battery systems refused to return my battery because they said that their test says it’s just fine. Even though it was clearly not working for me and a battery from another competitor worked just fine. Terrible customer service I would not recommend them at all."

"I bought a battery with a warranty and had the battery for less than a year so I took it back and they wouldn't honor the warranty. Avoid this place at all cost. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Attempted to visit the store for the purpose of checking on a battery that could not hold a charge longer than 2 hours. When i arrived i had to wait just a few minutes and the moment a customer service rep approached the front desk, she was already yelling. Demanded that i explained how this battery was being maintained. Before i could explain the use of this battery, she had already started yelling again the moment i had mentioned it was connected in line with 3 batteries on an inver... their employee is extremely rude and immediately explained she would not honor a warranty. Once i had mentioned the other batteries are maintaining charge she explained "i would have to take the battery for a couple days to attempt to repair the cell of the battery and still will not be able to honor a warranty unless the battery is able to hold a charge." Even the employees show how much of a scam this company appears to be when they cannot maintain a warranty on a battery that has not even been run for 3 months."

"Hannah the manager here is awesome. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Offered us free drinks and candy and always wore a smile. She took a few minutes and explained why their batteries are better than the competition and had one of her guys install the battery without additional cost. I will definately be back and will recommend to my friends. Thanks Hannah and team!"

"I came in this morning with not only a very dead battery, but cables that were corroded completely through. Mark helped me find the best deal for a battery (witha lifetime warranty) for my car and even installed the battery and the cables! It was a very positive experience with excellent customer service! I would absolutely recommend them to a friend."
