"If you want to wait 30 minutes every time you want a coffee, this is the perfect location for you. Third time here, every time wasting an entire block of the day to get a coffee that take 10 minutes everywhere else. What in the world is going on? Nobody knows."

"Just left beans and brews, which I patronized 3 times a week for the last year on my walk with my dog. For the first time today, I was told I can't bring him in unless he's a service dog by an employee I've never seen before. I'm happy to respect this rule, however, on our way out, another dog that WAS allowed to sit with its elderly owners upfront lunged at, and aggressively barked at my dog. They could hardly control him. If you're going to enforce service dog rules for the first time in a year, perhaps you should take 2 seconds to google proper service dog training and be prepared to ask aggressive dogs and their owners to leave your establishment. Service dogs are highly trained, and not aggressive. We will not be back."

"There was only 1 person ahead of me in the drive-thru and I still waited 20 minutes for my coffee. I got to the window and paid, and there was 3 people working, mostly standing around chatting. I don’t understand how it took 3 people to make 1 coffee. Slowest service I’ve ever had at a Beans and Brews!"

"First time at this Beans and Brew. It’s a franchise so coffee is the same as the others. Always good. Has a very upscale feel. Super clean location is kind of a pain to get too. Maps says it’s on state but you have to turn at the light go down a bit and around back. Other than that it’s a really nice place."

"I ordered a hot chai latte via drive thru, when i reached my destination and took a sip it was coffee. No idea how that got messed up but was very disappointed. Thought i should give them a 2nd chance but same thing happened again, ordered a chai and got a coffee again!!!! I’ll never go back there."
