Starbucks

"We ordered a white hot chocolate and got a white mocha instead. We didn't get to drink it till we had gotten home and relaxed a little bit. I called in and the batista who made it remembered me and admitted that he had made the mistake. He took my name down on a post it so I could come back for a refund the next day. Came back the next day and apparently to post it with my name had disappeared but one of the EE does remember seeing it. They informed that they could not do a refund and I had to go thru customer service for that, the best they could do was remake the drink. They also said I needed a receipt which I never got in the first place. So we kinda got screwed over every which way. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT VERIFYING YOUR ORDER AND MAKE SURE U GET A RECEIPT!!!!"

"My favorite Starbucks the Barista’s are more than awesome and soo nice they usually know me by name and the drinks are always SO good and service is always fast I love my Layton smith’s Starbucks and definitely recommend stopping in!!"

"I asked what they had for chai tea and he said they only had chai matcha. Confusing because I was looking at the menu and it had spiced chai or latte and matcha. So I pointed that out and ordered the spiced chai latte and when we got in the car it was a large but only half full and a quarter of that was foam? So we were really disappointed since the total was $23 for 2 chai teas and 2 small kids hot chocolate. Too late to turn around and to much hassle since it was inside the grocery store and we had already left the parking g lit before we realized it."

"The person working was not paying attention to customers. He was to busy talking to another employee. When conversation ended he just looked at us then he says in a very snappy way you order from here not over there. Latte was not very good didn't taste like there was much coffee in it."

"Claudia was so sweet and bubbly and ran all the way out to the parking lot to get me the right drink because I had accidentally taken the wrong one (one that had dairy in it, which I can’t drink.) She was so delightful!! I felt bad we didn’t have money for a tip but she definitely deserves a raise."
