"The reason it loses a star is the music: it's too loud. I wear Sony Noise cancelling headphones and Air pods Pro's, I can still hear it). There was one day where a whole album of a notorious homewrecker was being played and as someone who tries to go to the location to relax / focus, it was a little triggering for my own reasons.. Anyway, the location is great and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a good drink, service and mountain views."

"Can the staff play better music? I cannot listen to loud trashy (my fiancée calls it homewrecker music) for 3 hrs. We have headphones and can still hear it like MY GOD MY EARS. Variety is the key. This is a great Starbucks otherwise."

"Anytime I get an iced drink here it is never a full drink haha! This is my shaken espresso before drinking any so it’s basically 1/3 of the way gone. Tastes great, not worth the price."

"I have always had okay experiences at this location. The line usually takes forever but at least the drinks are still good. Tonight though we ordered two refreshers and both did not taste good. They tasted extremely watered down especially the strawberry acai barely any flavor at all. They also forgot the kiwi fruit chunks in one of the drinks. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I just spent $10 on overpriced flavored water."
