"A little disappointed in this service department. My service advisor was great and they were able to get me in quickly for annual maintenance. They were also able to get me a loaner car for the day. However, they text me saying my engine filters desperately needed to be replaced. They wanted $400 to do this. After a quick search I found the filters online for $40 each. This is not why I am upset. I get they need to make markup and labor to pay their employees. I'm upset because I declined the service and instead ordered the genuine parts online and opted to replace them by myself. When I pulled out the old filters. To my surprise they looked almost brand new. They did not need to be replaced for likely another year. I'm disappointed because now I don't trust the integrity of the service department."
