Saved me $200, I am so appreciative that he was there. The first location didn't have the battery I intended to buy, the clerk at that store made no mention of the free charging service. Today's visit was a total win, just wish I had caught the gentleman's name!"

"I was getting gas close by this store and my battery died at about 7 pm and all of the auto shops were closed. After someone gave me a jump, I was able to get to the Auto Zone and was hoping to have them check my battery. They came out and the tester said the battery was bad. Without asking they offered to install my new battery for free. Alex came out of the store with his tools and changed the battery in just a few minutes.
