"I drove across the Salt Lake valley to pick up a part from the service department to find they do not close at 4 p.m. as listed on Google they close at 2 on Saturday, I was advised that I should have called to find this out. I don’t know about anyone else that has a Google business listing but for my company listing it literally takes 5 minutes from my phone to change my hours. The response from supper ford was that they only get one or two people every Saturday because of this issue. I asked what the process would be to get in touch with corporate and exspress my frustration with the implied “fact” that somehow I am stupid or didn’t do my due diligence by only checking the hours using Google and was told there is probably some way I can find something like that on their website. Then in a condescending smart tone I was told they can sell me a new truck and that’s all. I am coming due for a new truck but it won’t be from this dealership after this experience. I am a business owner and this was an example of bad business practices and customer service. It makes me wonder what I would experience after buying a truck here. Maybe I dodged a bullet in the long run. I wouldn’t have even made this review if I could have felt like someone cared that this happened and it would be changed. Sucks Major Disappointment and Waist of Time and now I don’t even feel welcome even though I wear a ford had and drive a 7.3 powerstroke"
