"Brought my kids and their friends up for the, starting at the ticket counter we were met with terrible customer service. Then it moved into the window seating area where a male staff member approached me and very rudely told me that I needed to leave I’ve met the 30 min limit. I told him my kids were walking up now, and he said “I told you to leave!” And then stood there staring at me. Total prick. Conversations amongst other guests agreed that there is a serious power trip issue with the staff. It’s truly awful."
"Staff issues!!!! While I was snowboarding today my season pass clip broke and I lost it on the slop. I went to the ticket counter to ask my options and the girl was very rude to me and rolled her eyes constantly while I was asking her questions. She said it would be $45 to replace a card that probably costs brianhead 5 dollars to print. I then talked to three more employees. One in person (one of them on customer service call) and they both said it’s free to replace your card. The last employee said it’s $40. Now I’m even more confused and it doesn’t say anything on the website about this. Never seen such disorganized and rude staff quite like this!!!!"
"We were here for the 1rst time with a 3yr old and 5yr old spend alot of $, time and effort getting txs for the ski gear and magic carpet lift but kids started getting scared and fuzzy bc it got really windy so we literally were dress for 30mins if that, couldn't even get on the magic carpet lift, spoke with the manager and she just said she wouldn't do anything at all. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKSS So before you go spend any $ make sure you get details because you don't any refunds or any compensation for what you spend and didn't get to use"
"Great friendly people with an introduction to skiing. The part of Brian Head offers easier slopes, rentals, food, and an outdoor patio. I prefer to start my day here because of the friendly staff."
"This was very interesting. Just a 30 minute drive from the hotel and we went from long sleeve weather to skiing. That in itself was pretty cool. The lodge is small yet all the food costs the same as it does at the bigger resorts. The lift ticket price itself was cheaper and of course it didn't have nearly as many runs. But for a 2 day trip it wasn't bad. It definitely wasn't run as smoothly as other resorts, with the rentals, tickets, ext. The also had 2 different lodges so sometimes things would get a bit confusing."
