"Annie and Xander are amazing! We had them come to cater our pre wedding pool party at the Zion Red Rock Villa and it was the perfect addition! Not only are they both great and genuinely nice people, but their Italian water ice is incredible. Super fresh. Loads of different flavors. They were a huge hit at our party and everyone absolutely loved the water ice. We think everyone went back for 2nds…3rds…4ths…5ths so they could try as many flavors as possible. Some even went to the ZNP entrance later in the week/weekend to get some more (including us). If we lived in the Springdale area, we’d be showing up to their truck every week. We highly HIGHLY recommend. Whether for catering or just post-hike, getting their Italian water Ice is a must!"

"Imagine my surprise and joy at finding something akin to my beloved Sicilian "granita" in Utah of all places. This is the kind of ice that will refresh you in the best way possible after a long hike in the heat or a lazy day in the sun. The flavours options are varied, and although I got the same one each time (basically addicted to mint + citrus fruit flavour), I tried the other flavours via my friends' orders - sharing is caring. As an added bonus, the people are so friendly and lovely. I came back to get more ice several times, because it is so good. I wholeheartedly recommend this place."
