Not only did Chris go out of his way to deliver a package to me for my trailer but was willing to spend time with me show me and teach me things that others would never do.. To me that is one of the best qualities that a business could provide. Outside of quality work.. "Chris was the only one who answered the call on a Sunday when we were stranded with our rental RV in Zion. Chris spent over 2 hours trying to fix our issue, committed to calling the manufacturer and coming back the next day...which he did! He was able to get the issue fixed and get us on the road home. We are so very thankful!"

"Chris is a good talker and probably excels at simple fixes. We had him come out 12/31 to try to help us with our leveling system. 25 days later, still not fixed. He was to have set up an account with the parts supplier (Lippert) to be able to get the part. After waiting patiently (10 days), we called Chris to follow up. He told us he was waiting to hear from the Lippert. We called Lippert ourselves who told us he never filed the paperwork to set up an account with them. When we told him that, he said he needed to go on his office to check on the email he sent. In 2023, that's a super lame excuse. Folks have emails on their phone. We are not stupid but probably more patient than we should have been. We started fresh with a new rv tech and our issue was solved in 10 days."

"I can’t speak highly enough of Chris and his company. A trailer I rented broke down near exit 15 in ST GEORGE. Chris was the only mechanic to respond to a phone call, and arrived shortly after. He was understanding, courteous, knowledgeable, and best of all he was a no-nonsense mechanic. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in a timely manner. Best dude in town! Highly recommended !"
