Reviews of Keep the Adventure Alive Physical Therapy and Performance
"I finished the blueprint in september 2022. All has already been said. Alyssa is a brilliant teacher. She knows our fears. She knows her "stuff". The whole marketing and IT is very professional. I cannot thank kind Alyssa enough for sharing her knowledge. After the course I have had no night pain. It also made me dependent on physical training 5 times a week in some form or other. I am still not flexible in my hips or knees but I can walk and tackle stairs. I liked the structure of the blueprint as it kept me on track. Afterwards I have made my own system but when I take on extra work or holidays come - I dont make time for focused exercise. I have therefore signed on for the new adventure and hope that it will take me even further. I am presuming that I am at stage 2 and would like to keep at that stage for as long as possible."
"I just finished my 30 minute one-on-one with Alyssa and it was fantastic! She answered all of my questions, asked some important ones of her own to push me forward, and even sent me videos to address some hip flexor issues I"m having. I am so glad I joined the Arthritis Adventure Blueprint group - it's been the best investment in getting stronger and managing my osteoarthritis pain! Our video meet up was just the motivation I needed to re-energize me to challenge myself more! Thank you Alyssa!"
"Keep the Adventure Alive has been a lifesaver! I needed to understand what osteoarthritis meant for me and my life. I wanted to avoid surgery and not be limited in my ability to enjoy life. Alyssa gave me the knowledge and confidence through education and encouragement. The workout program is easy to follow and helps you to feel better and to manage the ups and downs of arthritis with a positive attitude. Her program is a must. I highly recommend becoming a Blueprint member!"
"Alyssa has been incredible to work with. I own a hardwood flooring company and hired her to help my staff know what stretches and exercises to do to help them perform their jobs and feel their best. She has also been helping me in a personal training capacity and the results have been INCREDIBLE. The person I am now is vastly different than the person I was when I first started training with her. Alyssa is knowledgable and great to work with, I highly recommend her for physically therapy and personal training services!"
"I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis at 52. I devoured as much information on the topic as possible. The one consistent thing that kept coming up was that strength training exercises were of the utmost importance. I am 6 weeks into an exercise program with Alyssa and I couldn't be happier. I've always started strong with exercise and then my motivation would wax and wane. Alyssa's program keeps me interested. She creates workout plans that are challenging yet doable. There is always something new which keeps it from being monotonous, but she keeps enough exercises constant so that I can memorize certain movements which keeps it familiar. I feel much better about my future in terms of managing pain and stiffness. I realize now that I have some control over my destiny and that is very comforting. Alyssa is extremely knowledgeable. She sets up workout plans based on your individual needs/issues. She is also easily accessible if I have any questions or concerns. She welcomes feedback and will modify the program based on my concerns. I can't recommend her highly enough."
