"I sent in my Red Wing 2418 Traction Tred boots to get resoled with the "hardcore" sole that he recommended. Let me start off by saying that the turn-around time is phenomenal. He had them done in a little over a week, when it would've taken Red Wing nearly 6 weeks to get them resoled. On top of this, he allowed me to swap the soles out for something with a heel (personal preference) and was very helpful in leading me in the right direction for maintaining my boots. I am very hard on my boots and I ask them to do a lot for my feet and I, and they came into this store looking old and ratty and came out looking brand new with a sole I am going to be able to trust.
