"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I wish I would have read the reviews before going through with this treatment plan. It’s expensive and the staff is not good. The doctors at this office do not care about your well being and your progress, nor do they care about your file as a patient. They treat every patient as the same. ex: when I was in for my last session, the doctor was telling me how I still needed some adjustments and he would see me back in 3 weeks. I then informed him that this was supposed to be my last visit, and he proceeded to snap at his assistant and changed his story to say I was in good shape and DIDN’T need any more adjustments. Basically the opposite of what he was just explaining. Two years later I am stilling battling insurance to cover the cost for this very expensive treatment plan. Save your time, money, and energy. And go somewhere that will help you with your pain and not add to it."

"Stay away from this company at all cost. They will bill you for the "network discount" that the insurance usually makes the business write off. They can do this legally because they ask you to sign a contract initially that says, "I choose to have my insurance billed with the understanding that full fees will be charged and discount will be null and void and whatever the insurance does not pay I am responsible for". SUPER sketchy, am working with my insurance company to figure out the debacle of claims that were made. One of which was that they reset my dislocated jaw, which they didn't, and I didn't have a dislocated jaw. This companies business practices are atrocious and they need to be looked into for unfair business practices. Let's take advantage of someone in pain... sounds good."

"I love this place. Before treatment I had been having awful jaw pain, I would wake up in the middle of the night with it, and I had a very loud popping. I had my consultation with Dr. Hart and he explained everything to me and the staff was incredible. I've also started with massages there and the massage therapist is incredible. I'm very confident and optimistic about this treatment. They also set me up with a great payment plan while I'm trying to pay for treatment and school."

"Would highly recommend this office. I called around and they were the only ones that specialize in TMJ that would even try to bill my insurance. Because they are out of network I don't think my insurance will pay very much but they had many payment options and payment plans to help me. I also loved that they wait to do the X-ray after you agree to start treatment so that I was not needlessly billed for an expensive 3-D scan. I had an x-ray from my dentist that they said they could use but I decided to get a scan done there since the doctors said the scan would give them a much better look at what is going on with my jaw. After seeing several people about my jaw issues this office is the first place I feel hope that my jaw issues will be resolved."

"My daughter was referred here by our dentist for jaw pain. We were willing to do what it took to make her feel better. But the billing side of this company is a scam. They say they’ll take your insurance but then won’t write off any provider discount that the insurance company deducts on your EOB, stating that their contract “supersedes” the insurance company. And that they aren’t obligated to write any adjustments off. And trust me, they don’t. They way over charge. And actually charged for a $400 service we didn’t even have done. The individual in billing is not pleasant to work with and makes you feel beneath her. I spoke with the practice manager and didn’t get anywhere either. There’s just excuses for any concerns that arise. We will not be returning to this practice. Not worth the headache or the inflated prices and unwillingness to work with insurance:"
