The therapists and staff provided me with a variety of activities that I did with them, as well as activities to do at home. "The physical therapists there are amazing. I just had a baby so I brought her to the appointments and the therapists were so accommodating and thoughtful. My husband was also going there for his back and they did a good job helping him out. The therapists are very skilled and knowledgeable. They seem to typically start with manual therapy (as needed) and then you are given exercises to perform. They give you a printed handout of the exercise you did to continue them at home. The handout explains how each exercise is performed with a picture. There is a correlating app that shows the exercise being performed as well. Would definitely recommend."
