"Absolutely unprofessional. I was a client in 2021. I initially had issues getting them to charge my insurance. Sometimes they showed up late and ended appointments early. They made appointments without prior consult/consent. I was made aware that I was owed a refund so I contacted them multiple times over the span of a few months and never received any response. I did eventually receive a refund, but still never got a response or acknowledgement of any kind."
