"MaryShae at SOLR + Aerial Yoga is the best aerial yoga teacher I’ve ever been to, especially in Southern Utah. Her outdoor pop up trapeze yoga events are unreal. Hanging upside down on the beaches of Sand Hollow provides a view that is on a whole other level. I started with her as a beginner, and have grown in skill and flexibility. The flow of her classes were easy to jump into. I've seen students of all sorts of fitness and skill levels, and a variety of body types from the beginner to the seasoned yogi. She is a fantastic teacher who tailors each of her classes to the attending students. I especially love when she breaks out the hand drum during the end-of-class meditations - it sends me to another universe! It is fun to follow her pop up events on Instagram for new experiences in breathtaking locations such as Zion Canyon, Sand Hollow and other beautiful places in Southern Utah. I've received several biofeedback treatments from MaryShae. As far as energy work goes, this frequency medicine is visceral and incredibly accurate. She combines reiki with quantum healing, and provides a report that can be reviewed after the session, with tonal frequency .mp3 files to be listened to as after care.
