"The items at the gift shop are fantastic high quality. The reason for the 2 stars is the attitude of one of the people behind the counter. My visit started out with them being helpful, but ended with her giving me attitude about a gift wrapping situation and me leaving feeling angry and not wanting to return anytime soon. If that lady doesn’t have patience for customers and not willing to accommodate reasonable special requests, when the place is not that busy, maybe she should consider a position where she doesn’t need to deal with customers."

"Enjoyed my experience with the lift, and the restaurant. However, on my way out, we decided to visit the gift shop. I was with a friend who was helping my daughter look at finger puppets. Unprovoked, an employee walks up to me and says, "those are $7 each. Just so you know". I didn't see her approaching anyone else in the store to tell them the price of the items they're looking at. It didn't feel like she was trying to be helpful. It was very off putting. I don't know her motives or her reasons, all I know is, I didn't appreciate being approached like that."

"Cool, your hours are updated and correct within Google maps. But the posted hours at the store itself says close at 8 on a Tuesday. So I get to watch all the people within shop at 7:10 outside the locked doors."

"I don’t know why I see so many 1 star reviews! This place was fantastic! The employees were super helpful even when I kept going back to get things for my kidz! I just of made 8 purchases of 1 item. Sorry! Seriously though the staff helped us ship a sign home that we purchased and it was not as expensive as I feared! We got it 2-3 days after we got home. The people we came in contact were super helpful, friendly, kind. Even when we bought artwork off their wall! Honestly I could not of had a more pleasant experience with the people of the general store. They even hung onto our stuff so we could go eat. Not burdened by the things I just bought."

"The employees here are very rude and unhelpful. They chastized me for picking something up to check the price and accused me of spreading germs by touching it. Then they followed me around like they were worried I would steal something. If they're so concerned about germs, they definitely weren't six feet away from me then. If Sundance doesn't want customers in here, they should close the store, or if they do, they should hire some new people who aren't so paranoid."
