They are delightful to work with and are so patient in helping the bride try on every dress until the perfect dress has been decided upon! The alterations were handled in a timely manner and the dress was completed and ready for pickup as scheduled! The ladies at the Bridal Center make the dress buying experience so pleasant and enjoyable! I highly recommend the Bridal Center being your first choice when looking for the wedding gown of your dreams!"

"I have never in my life left a google review, but I think brides should be treated with love and in a way that relieves stress from this busy and overwhelming time. I am leaving a two star review because Joe had excellent customer service and seemed very genuine. She made me feel confident and lovely in everything I tried on. I ended up getting a dress here, but it was how my situation was handled by management that has me sad and very disappointed. They did offer to fix the problem… sort of. I was VERY surprised by the strictness on their no return policy. I only was attempting to return the dress because they promised me a very specific thing and did not deliver. The other options they offered did not make me feel beautiful at all. I was so sad, because I loved the dress and they got my hopes up that it could be adjusted in the necessary ways to look modest, beautiful and elegant. Brides…. before you get a dress here be warned. There is no guarantee that they will hold up there end of the alteration promises made. Under no circumstances will they do even a partial refund for the mistakes or miscommunication of their own staff."

"I went here with my sister to help her find her wedding dress. She was able to find something within her tight budget that would work after certain alterations to the v neck were done. We were told and reassured several times by the staff that they could add buttons/clasps and it would fix the problem. We decided to go ahead and buy the dress. When we came in for the alteration appointment The buttons did not work at all. It pulled the dress weird and in an unflattering way. None of the other alternative options would work. We asked to return the dress and get a refund but they were unreasonable and refused to do so. I would say do not trust any alteration promises that are made my the employees. GET A SECOND OPINION before you buy a dress from here. The owner does not acknowledge mistakes made by their own staff and will not make things right. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND IT. They will not do any returns for their own mistakes.!!!!"

"Very pushy! I was thinking about a dress there but I wasn’t too sure about it yet because the price was a bit out of my price range. The seamstress asked for pictures of other dresses I was debating about in other stores and then proceeded to show me similar dresses there and had me try on another and pitched me like a cars sales man, criticizing the dresses I liked explaining why there’s were better and would look better on me. I didn’t feel like they truly wanted me to find a dress that I felt 100% in on my wedding day, just one that they had in their store. The girl who helped originally was very sweet though!"

"Finding Julie was like finding my fairy godmother. With the limited time I had to make an appointment to find my daughter's dress during a short visit to Utah, she put my mind at ease and helped us find the perfect dress. Without even seeing my daughter in person, just by my description, she showed me pictures of 5 dresses that would look great on her. She asked about my price, and showed me what she had. Everything she shows in her catalogues, she can offer (no waiting for the dress to be shipped from who knows where). True to her prediction, my daughter loved the first dress she tried on (she also tried on all others Julie had recommended), and made her choice on the spot. Measurements were taken for alterations, and the fitting went without problems. The dress was ready when promised, and I've since recommended her to all my friends. Many may pass by the store and not know the treasure that is inside with Julie and her good eye for what will look good on a person. Today my second daughter went to see dresses there, and made her choice on the spot. Julie has a special place in my heart for helping both my girls find their dream dress without a hassle. I recommend her without reservation."
