"I used to be employed at bath and body works. This store was a mess. I was not greeted by anyone. The store seemed overcrowded and they were doing floor sets in the middle of the day on a SUNDAY. Their employees were nice at check out but not trained they couldn't figure out how to ring up my coupon. Honestly this was probably the worst store I've ever been to. I love bath and body works and was excited to have one closer to me but I will not be returning to this location."
