"The bum working at South towne mall in Sandy Utah on Saturday 1/13 (morning shift) needs to find a new job or be trained on customer service. Horrible interaction and was put out that I was spending $100+ dollars at the store. I won’t shop there again until they train their staff on better customer service."

I’m editing my review bcuz they said it would be an hour and a half so I decided to come back the next morning for it and I left my name and phone # with them, we’ll when I came back they hadn’t even started my hat, wouldn’t do what I wanted originally and I had to wait another hour while they actually did it. By that time they didn’t even have the color of hat I wanted!! Next time I’ll go to the other store in that mall!! They do the same thing and I feel they would have been up front from the beginning!!!"
