The person at the desk was so helpful and answered all my cloth diaper questions. She helped me find what will work for my baby and she sold me some diapers on clearance so I could try them out at a cheap price before fully committing to the cloth diapering system. "i used to love this place than something really fish started happening to my orders and my money!! after i order and it goes through i get this error code atal error: Call to a member function getHasOptions() on null in /home/diaperli/public_html/app/code/local/Best4Mage/ConfigurableProductsSimplePrices/Model/Observer.php on line 60 and it only happen twice where my money was kept and then within 6-10 weeks it was returned on my card, not sure if bank did it as a drop off or the company but my calls have gone unanswered for some reason."

"Love this store! I have been buying from them for almost 3 years and they are awesome. They have amazing customer service and are always willing to go above and beyond to make any kind of mistake right. I recently had a defective diaper, they took care of replacing it no questions asked. They even threw in a free item, just to be nice. There was one time I wanted to get an item that was on sale the week before, but I couldn't make it up til the following Monday, they honored the sale price for me. "Terrible experience. I put in an order and some how magically it was cancelled. I emailed to correct this and was told they couldn't fix the order after it was cancelled but they kept my money! I don't see why the money would have been taken out in the first place seeing as the order was cancelled not even 5 minutes after I made the order. Tomorrow will be one week exactly and I still haven't recieved my money back. I have emailed with multiple no replies and I have called multiple times and they are "on the other line with a client" One big scam!! Do not go through this company there are many more cloth diaper companies online that are ran much more efficiently"
