We love working with him as we feel he really listens to us, helps problem solve and speaks to our anxieties in a way that is validating but also helps calm us down. "I just want to give the biggest and warmest Mahalo to Dr. Pace. He’s been my wife and I primary Dr/pediatrician for my wife’s pregnancy. Throughout all of our visits and down to delivery, Dr. Pace has been super informative in all aspects, any questions we had he was always there to help and explain. Never in the entire interaction with Dr. Pace did I ever think about finding a new primary care doctor for my wife/baby. My wife gave birth yesterday and although we had a little complication with my wife, Dr. Pace was awesome in handling it and making sure my wife came out better than she was before we came to the hospital. We are literally looking forward to more babies so we can have Dr. Randall Pace take care of us."

"My favorite things about Dr. Pace are how warm and kind he is; he makes you feel like family! He is very knowledgeable and tells you the ‘why’ behind the things he does. He also genuinely tries to respect your wishes during pregnancy and delivery. After having a negative experience getting induced with my first child with a different doctor, I did not want to be induced with my second child. Dr. Pace still advised me to be induced around 39 weeks but we came to the conclusion that we would check in again on the day of my 40th week, if I hadn’t gone into labor on my own. I made it to the day of my 40th week but my pre-labor contractions had slowed their progress over the past several days— even though I was already dilated to a three. I felt at this point it would be good to accept medical intervention and to get induced to get things moving along again. So I got induced, and since I was already so far along on my own, it was a very easy delivery. I only pushed for about 17 minutes and had a healthy baby! I’m glad that Dr. Pace respected my wishes while also helping advise me as to what he felt was best."

"Dr. Pace delivered my daughter back in December. There were some complications but overall it was a very positive experience with him. He is great at listening and actually taking time with his patients. The only thing to note with him is since he does take time and communicates well, he does fall behind on the schedule and so sometimes you have to wait a bit before seeing him. He's a great and very personable doctor, just be prepared to wait for a bit to see him."
