"Horrible customer service. I waited over 2 months to be seen, went to the Spanish Fork office where “women’s health” has always been, and found that I was not at the right place. Tried to call on my way to the right place, which took 7 additional minutes. Never got an answer, and was told by front desk that I would have to reschedule …. 2 months from now. I explained the situation, to which I was told “that happens ALL THE TIME”!! Also, the number for Kristen online is not even the right number. If it’s like this just to be seen, I can’t even imagine what her follow through will be like. You will be just another number here, so save yourself some months and go somewhere else. Also, was she too busy to see me? No. She was just finishing with a patient as I was being turned away."
