She took the time to answer any questions. Didn’t rush us. Came up with a plan on what we want to do next. I definitely would make the 30 minute drive just to have her as a doctor. Even her assistant or the nurse that took my blood pressure. She was super nice and kind as well."

Dr. Porter and her outstanding staff made my daughter feel comfortable and safe. They explained everything in simple terms that a young teen would understand. They made the appointment a safe place for my daughter to ask all the questions she wanted without feeling like she is inconveniencing the doctor or the staff. "Christie Porter is an amazing O.B.. As a first time mom Dr. Porter was patient with my questions and took the time to explain information in a way I could understand. She was friendly and easy to talk to. She doesn't make you feel like a patient. If you are a fist time mom and all of this is new to you, then I highly recommend Dr. Porter. She will treat you with respect, walk you through the steps, and never make you feel stupid for any of your questions. I loved having her as my doctor and will have her as my doctor for baby number 2! She was absolutely amazing!"

"Dr Porter always takes the time to listen and we never feel rushed. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and she was extremely supportive. My labor was tough and she did everything in her power to stick to my birth plan. However, it came down to a c section and she helped me remain calm and understand what was going on. She is amazing at what she does and has an awesome bedside manner. I would recommend her always! We love Dr Porter!"
