"I had a great experience throughout my pregnancy. My baby got here safe and sound. Thats obviously so important, but moms matter too. I was struggling a whole lot with postpartum. At my 6 week PP appointment, I wasn’t given the mental health questionnaire, and I wasn’t asked how things were going. I told him that I wasn’t doing well and things weren’t good. I left my 6 week appointment feeling like more of a failure than ever. I ended up getting help elsewhere, but it took me 6 more months before I would go elsewhere. I hate doing a 3 star review because I adore him and his staff, but maternal mental health matters. I mattered in that moment and didn’t feel like it. Please do more to listen to and care for the mental health of new moms."

We had totally opposite experience in another clinic and then we found Dr Palmer, who gave us the best experience as visiting an OB. He always explain to me what I am expecting and why. I had my first baby through emergency in a Sunday late afternoon and he was called in to give me the c section in that evening. His confidence and profession made me feeling safe and relaxed during the whole surgery. And he always come over to check on me every single day in the maternity room after surgery. He is such a great OB that I can say he deserves a price for his profession and kindness. He saved me and my kid's life,and I am always thankful for what he has done for our family."
