"I think the ice cream used to be better - now it seems to be air whipped so they can extend it further, and the scoops are also smaller or maybe that was just tonight as I have not been there since December. One of the gross things for a person like me who does not like people touching their food is the high school help handled the waffle cone with his hands. Why can’t food service workers use gloves? Couldn’t help but think he hasn’t washed his hands all day and ended up throwing away the extra priced cone."

"Ice cream is VERY rich but good. The scoops are pretty generous! I’d suggest only 1 or 2 scoops. 3 was too many! They also give out free doggie sundaes with waffle cone bits. Very much appreciated that for my baby."
"Bruster's is a solidly pedestrian ice cream experience. Easy to get in and out, staff is friendly, lots of options and fun sounding flavors, but the ice cream doesn't quite deliver. They have a very artificial-flavoring kind of taste to them and the ice cream quality itself isn't remarkable in any way. I'm not saying it's bad, it's just not great, so Bruster's gets a solid rating of average."
