STK Steakhouse

"Great location in the West Quarter near the Delta Center. Great interior and exterior space. This review is of their lunch burger. The famed loss-leader burger is really a very average steakhouse burger. If it was really ground up steak, then I question the quality of the steak used. There are far better burgers at this same price point all around. My burger was ordered medium and came out well done. Average fries that were soggy once I got below the first few fries. I’m excited to try the namesake steaks here, but coming for the lunch burgers isn’t really something I’d prioritize."

"I absolutely loved eating here. The ambience is perfect, with dim lighting but not too dim that you can’t see. The DJ played great music, but not too loud. And the food came out very fast and in a perfectly timed order! Their wedge salad was extremely flavorful. I ordered the tomahawk with their sauces on the side and every sauce was so unique and tasty. For the sides I had asparagus, their golden mashed potatoes, and the mushrooms. Loved every single bite. Maggie was our waitress and she was very nice and fun to talk to! Also had great menu knowledge. This is my new current favorite place to dine, and I couldn’t recommend it enough."

"We found STK in Milan and loved it so much we went twice on our trip, which we don’t usually do. The filet was perfect and they melted the butter with a little flame at the table. Cool presentation. Lobster linguine was delicious with huge chunks of lobster and nice crispy bread crumble. Not your daddy’s old fashioned is great. Truffle fries and garlic chive bread were really good. We were too full for dessert. Everything was fresh and super tasty, great seasonings."
