"Extremely poor customer service. I was told $35-$45 Ended up paying more. The night before I talked to the owner and told her my pup was still a puppy and she was 1 day away from being 18 weeks old (4 months) and she said she was closer to the $35 dollar mark. I took her the day of and asked what the cost was and she again said $35-$45. I called because they only accept cash or checks to see what the total was and it was currently sitting at the $45 and she proceeded to tell me it was gunna be more depending on if they could handle her. We walked in not to long after and the other lady who works there was yelling at another dog “knock it off. Stop it” aggressive. We were walking out and my puppy peed from excitement and I said “I’m surprised you didn’t wanna charge extra for that too” she came out and told me to go else where, I had already planned on going somewhere else where they can give a solid price instead of being charged extra for things that weren’t discussed prior to the appointment. Other words were exchanged in the parking g lot"

"In prior years, I very much appreciated Aunt Ernie's, they do good work, but in prior years, the price they quoted was the price you paid, and they would ask before hand if you would like an extra service, now it seems they perform that service without asking and then charge you when picking up your animal, I don't mind paying extra for a service as long as I'm informed before hand. The young lady who bathed my dog although was very polite and professional. Even so, I probably won't return because of the pricing policy."

"Codi is amazing! I’m really picky with our dog’s haircuts, getting a true teddy bear/puppy cut is surprisingly difficult but Codi crushes it every-time! From a bath and brush to a full haircut we’re always so glad to have Aunt Ernie’s. We travel from downtown slc to Magna - it’s that good!"
