"The quality of Kemo Sabes products are always great. The one star rating is for the horrible customer service at their park city location. My friend and I went in on a Friday night - it was busy but not crazy, it was actually busier earlier in the day when we walked by which is why we went back before dinner. We both were planning to buy custom hats but after looking around for over 20 minutes not a single employee came up to offer us help. There was one woman helping other customers and everyone else was standing behind the counter talking to each other and a few other customers. We waited by the counter thinking someone would at least tell us they’d help us in a minute. Not a single word was spoken to us by any of the Kemo Sabe employees. This store is so disorganized and clearly doesn’t care about customer service - when their business model is based off a customer service model. Will never purchase a hat from here, recommend going to the other local stores in town."

She had such a great eye and really made sure I got exactly what I wanted out of my hat while staying mindful of the budget I told her I wanted to stay in. Would totally recommend this experience and ask for Julie!!!! I will be going back one day to add to my hat and have my boyfriend design his."

Julie was the best! She was engaging, funny and had an amazing eye. She knows the store, all the products and was willing to spend as much time as I needed to get just the right hat and boots. "I came all the way from Arizona to buy a hat and band. Total cost would be around $2,000. I have been looking forward to this purchase for a year. I walked all the way there yesterday only to find the doors locked. Staff saw me waiting in the 30 degree weather and didn’t bother to tell me there was a private event. There was no sign on the door, no sign outside. I only found out because someone was leaving and told me about the event. DO BETTER KEMO SABE. Your customer service sucks! P.S. I also visited your booth at Barrett Jackson car show in Scottsdale and your staff was beyond rude and unhelpful. Your image you portray is fake."
