"Had my car towed to their shop over the weekend. They looked it over and it was a simple reset switch to get it running again. Mechanic knew exactly what it was from the description of what happened and got me back on the road NO CHARGE. These guys deserve a shot at your business."
"Great service and mechanical diagnostics. Prices are fair. The owner and mechanic are very friendly."
"The stars are only for Ken, the mechanic, being so knowledgeable and doing what he can to help troubleshoot my car after the owner talked on the phone with me 20 minutes and then never put in my appointment that I took off work early for and drove to a different town to make only to discover I wasn't scheduled. Please cancel my appointment for next Wednesday. I've tried calling but there is no answer or option to leave a message."
"This will be a long one! Started out great being recommended to for some issues for the ac. Come to find out it was an alternator issue that turned into a tipm board being bad to the PCM control being bad to now having it towed to the actual dodge dealership to find out that was not entirely tru on the issues. I have paid over $2500 in parts and labor and the jeep still didn’t run. Charged multiple times for diagnostics fees, witch to no avail the vehicle had to go to dodge. Fast forward from August of last year to present day. They vehicle is still down and dodge found out that the fuel pump was the main corporate all along. So with that being said the diagnostics and troubleshooting skills of this mechanic for electrical issues is way below par. He is a good talker I tell you what and will delay your fix by months. I do not and will never recommend this mechanic ever."
"I was told by a certified Ford technician my girlfriends escape needed a new or rebuilt transmission. $2,500 to $4,000+. After doing some research I discovered the 2-4 plate on these transmissions are a common problem. So I bought the plate $24.00 I believe and an electronic power steering sensor because the power steering went out and electric fans which also went out. He installed everything for less than 400 dollars. 100% honest and fair. They ran the code and said it gave the 2-4 plate code. If he knew it I would assume the so called Certified Ford Technician also knew what the code meant. I will use these guys for every repair I don’t feel like doing. They literally saved us thousands of dollars!"
