"I have had a very positive experience for over a year now working here. I'd say it's a typical call center tho. If it wasn't remote, I wouldn't be working here. I have to finish my Masters degree and not commuting frees up needed time for other things. Be aware they refuse to offer flexible scheduling and do not accommodate for school scheduling. The upper management doesn't listen to years worth of schedule request such as part time, 4 tens so on and so forth."

"I applied here and received a message to schedule an interview. I did that. The recruiter never called. I let her know that I never received a call even though I was prepared to do the interview at the scheduled time. She said that it didn't show up on her calendar and that I can reschedule. I rescheduled and I also sent her an email stating the time I scheduled in case she "didn't see it on Calendly". This is beyond unprofessional and a waste of my time. People take time out of their day to schedule interviews. Why would you invite me to an interview, then ghost twice? If you like your time wasted, apply."

"They dont care about their employees needs. If you have a question, even in training, they say "everything will come together ". And their "nesting" period is no different than being on the call floor. The first calls you take another classmate is with you, not a trainer or even a experienced rep. They also require you to ask personal, invasive questions to the customers. Its a retention/sales position. Terrible company, terrible management. They just want butts in the seats. When I resigned they lied to me about my hours, i asked them for the hours so I could input them and they said they would send them to Prince Perelson, the agency that they hire through. So I had to wait a extra pay period to get my check. They lied to me intentionally so I would have to wait longer for my last check. Terrible company, terrible management, terrible training."
