"Atmosphere was relaxing and the service was attentive. Decided to get there early to enjoy the amenities and relax then waited to be called for the massage inside the lounge area. What a great way to relax after a day of skiing. Massage was top notch!"

"Amazing amazing amazing. The facilities and the staff are all incredible. Has a steam room, sauna, pool, hot tubs, showers, and lounge. Tons of toiletries. The high west whiskey salted caramel truffles in the lounge were insane. Gorgeous views from the pool and main hot tub. The restorative massage was amazing. We did 60 minutes and I had Samantha. Truly one of the greatest massages I have ever had. This massage has a 16 step essential oil treatment and it was divine. The front desk staff, locker room attendants, and servers were all so helpful and friendly. The entire property is stunning. Will absolutely be back here!"

"If I was rating just on the facility spa services and especially the massage I received, I would have rated the experience much higher. The reason am giving a poor review is due to our experience having champagne before the massage. My friend, who paid, asked to use her credit card on file for the massage. No, they couldn't do it, because the food service was in a separate department (seriously!?), so she had to get out of the hot tub and get her card out of her locker. They couldn't have told us that when we checked in, so we could have ordered the wine before we got into the tub? The price for 4 glasses of champagne was $72 (again, seriously?!) which I accept as that was the advertised price. However, the bill that was presented was $93. My friend added a 20% tip. When I questioned if the $93 didn't include the tip, the server couldn't answer and told us to call. So we did and was told the $19 additional charge was a state mandated surcharge for the alcohol! We later found out in a completely different bar that there is no state mandated surcharge, so essentially, they Montage staff lied and got a $39 tip on a $72 bill. Unreal and really soured the experience."

"WOW! What an incredible spa experience. There is a heated pool and hot tub area which was very relaxing when drinking a martini and eating a Caesar Wrap. The steam room & sauna were a perfect post pool activity. Lastly, the showers were a very nice last touch even equipped with a razor! The shampoo and condition smelled lovely and I wish I could buy some! Recommend for bachelorette or a solo trip. Great views as well!"

"From start to finish we had the best experience here! The Montage Deer Valley’s staff created a (covid-safe) wonderful environment where our expectations were not just met but anticipated. What started as impromptu stop on our roadtrip ended up being the highlight of our entire trip and I already want to go back! The property is breathtaking and has so much to offer even during “covid” and because of the staff’s attention to detail and housekeeping’s attention to cleanliness we felt very safe during our stay. We were welcomed by a big smile (Deja) who personally escorted us to our suite (mask on and appropriately distanced from us) and gave us all the “tidbits” that made our stay more comfortable and relaxing. When reserving our room I mentioned I'm a big coffee drinker so they left a coffee pot in my room and brought me up fresh cream and kept my coffee supply replenished. We were able to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer hiking/biking, tetherball, pool, jacuzzi, games, s’mores!!!! by the fire!, chocolate melt in your mouth bonbons, and so much more. While doing all of that the staff in every department were so attentive, safely distanced and made us so comfortable by being actually present and aware of our needs. For example the morning pool service gentleman not only brought us our yummy drinks and delicious meal, he also shared some good insight on the local must see places and then wrote down the places I was questioning him about. We were even able to borrow a gorgeous Cadillac to explore the surrounding city and were greeted and assisted by Chad and Cord (great guys) who both made it easy for us to go and come. I appreciated the extra attention like when I was eating s’mores (oh happy day) by the fire and a lovely woman brought me a warm blanket because she noticed I was shivering. Unfortunately I left behind all of the boxes of yummy bonbons I purchased for gifts including my favorite “Veuve Clicquot” flavored ones! I called to rescue my bonbons and it was too late but Ryan the director was so gracious that he replaced and shipped them to my home! Great service!!! So when you do stay here don’t forget your bonbons when you leave! Much gratitude to all the staff that made my stay here unforgettable."
