Reviews
"Worst experience of my life. Never dealt with such rude “professionals”. You would think if your business relies on you being a people person and having people come in can you be a little more respectful but no. Rant over"
"Thus man is kind and very helpful. He does my oil changes everytime I need them and checks the tires, and all the fluids. He really goes the extra mile. I really appreciate him."
"The reason I take my vehicle to Leos is that a light with a message came on my dashboard. I stopped there and asked whether I should be concerned about it. Because he was honest with me, and did not attempt to rip me off for services I did not need, I have been going to him ever since. An honest mechanic is hard to find! Thanks my friend! I pray for yaall!"
"I took my van in for a radiator replacement and he let me drive it home knowing it was still running hot! The receptionist is obviously family and is not professional, her kids are there and good luck getting her to answer the phone and she will lie to you saying they are working on your vehicle when it's sitting outside. I spent good money there that I can barely afford and I'm not happy!! Calling BBB next!!! I think it's because I'm white bcuz of the looks and treatment I was givin."
"Needed to purchase one tire. I called and the phone rang over ten times before answered. I was desperately in need of a tire or i would've hung up before being answered. Their phone etiquette was really unprofessional. I wondered if i had dialed the wrong number. I had to ask if it was Leo's. I was then informed get don't carry tires? But the large sign out front is a big COOPER TIRE sign. Suggestion: train the person answering the phone and UPDATE YOUR SIGNAGE."
