"They're usual quite busy, so I would advise you to get an appointment, if you can. I last came in to get a used tire, and I was quoted $50, but when it came time to pay for the tire they only charged me $40, and it was a very good tire with plenty of tread. That made me happy. The owner is a good dude, and on a previous visit, I didn't have the money to pay and he let me get a tire on credit. He said "just pay me when you can." I recommend giving Kellogg's your business."
