"I was given so many positive reviews about this place so I was excited to give them a chance. To start, the oil change for my car was $99. For perspective, my normal location for the same oil type and work is around $60. They did the thing where they tried to tell me my air filter was filthy when I regularly change it myself so I know it isn't. Then, they left my oil cap loose. If I wasn't in tune with my car the engine would have blown. My mechanic stated I was hours from a ruined car. Never returning."

"What a weird experience. I drove up with a Fiat 500 to ask about an oil change. I was told "I don't touch those cars." I asked why and was completely stonewalled. They offered no further explanation aside from stating "We won't touch MiniCoopers either." I can understand having a policy about not servicing certain vehicles. I don't understand why a business wouldn't even attempt to explain why that policy is in place or offer knowledge on what makes the car difficult to work on. Keep your secrets, I guess."
