"I was very excited to get a massage here because several of my family members have had very positive experiences…However, I was disappointed with my experience. I stated on the sheet they gave me to focus on all areas of my back during the massage. She spent about 30 minutes of the massage on my neck alone it felt like… barely touched my lower back which was really disappointing because I struggle with pain there too. My other complaint is that the room was bright the entire time and usually spa rooms are dim… I was unable to fully relax because of the bright light shining on my face. Overall, it was okay. I’m glad I had a gift card and didn’t spend my own money here. I probably won’t be returning. It was very mediocre. One thing I loved though was the heated beds. That was a nice touch. I’m usually cold during massages."
