"SAND SPRINGS NEEDS ANOTHER TANNING SALON!! Maybe I’ll open one… I started tanning at Touch of Sun over 10 years ago, so long time customer. My husband always goes over the top with his gifts, during Covid he purchased me $300 worth of points/sessions, no mention by them at the time of his purchase about them expiring. Life got too hectic and busy for me to tan, went in yesterday and they informed me that I had none on my account that I would have to purchase another package. Supposedly, in small print on the release form that I would’ve signed when I started tanning with them WAY BACK in 2013, there was a line in the paragraph regarding a two year expiration on packages. I always did the monthly unlimited, so absolutely no idea, nor did it ever apply to my purchases. OWNER Megan REFUSING to make an exception, so I’m out around $200 of my husband’s hard money. A new tanning salon for Sand Springs would bring much needed competition to this overpriced unreasonable business!"
