"Horrible service. Everytime I go into Anna’s, I am disappointed. Rude. There’s too much inventory, hair is literally sitting in the floor. I went in for a simple bag of braid-in hair, one staff member simply pointed as I walked in, I asked another employee, she helped( even told me the price 1.29) I make my way to the cash register only to have the cashier say, you gotta spend $5 to use the card. I left the hair and walked off. When I say everytime I wanna give Anna a a chance——I’m left with dissatisfaction. I won’t go back, 3 strikes and you’re out!!! Down the road, DISCOUNT BEAUTY, is the best place!!!"

"Well, i always come in here, but today they hounded me, ive never been treated like this in here, which is weird, They just rubbed me the wrong way, the owner or the older lady walked around me, watching me, rushing me, I even I asked if I was taking to long to decide or something, idk why she was on me.... I didn't mind her standing by me but don't follow me and rush me and then at the end of my shopping....say happy new year when you see me pay with an $100.00 bill.......O'well they don't care that they lost another customer....I don't care to be back.....never judge a book by its cover...."

"Older lady follow me around like a criminal, when I told her I’ll let her know if I needed assistance I would notify her she t stated to me that she had too. So I decided not to spend my money else where and went a mile down the street where I didn’t have to be followed and questioned on what I was purchasing."

"Shopped at the first beauty supply since I moved up here. nice selection of wigs, prices are reasonable only thing doesn’t have a lot of variety of lashes but it’s ok I will be going back. I’m from Florida so I’m use to a large variety of merchandise. But for the most part it’s nice."

"Love the variety of wigs and the prices aren't to bad either.I just hate the way I get looked at sometimes when I'm picking out wigs..Were all different nationalities and colors but that doesn't mean we have to judge each other for wanting to be more attractive.Were women and we all love to feel beautiful.The only thing about this place that was not that great is we can only try on 3 wigs.But I do understand excpecially when it's busy. Thanks so much for a great store,I'd recommend it to all my beautiful friends and family.xoxo"
