"If I was a secret shopper, this store would've failed miserably. Customer service should not change from person to person, it should be consistent across the board. Why the lady in front of me got great customer service and I got the bare minimum is beyond me. Not even a "hello, how are you?" after I greeted the cashier is atrocious. Do better."

"Most employees are nice and welcoming but one employee today was super rude when i needed to get to a product and she was standing in the way of the product. We were nice and said excuse me and she rudely said “excuse me!” while we were passing through, I turned around and said “sorry?” and she rudely explained that we were passing through so she said excuse me. She also gave my boyfriend who told her excuse me as he was passing through a rude face. There was no other way to get to the product so i’m not understanding why she had such an attitude. unfortunately i didnt get her name but i hope she has the day she deserves."

"I had to drive almost an hour to get here and it was so worth the drive :) what a difference than shopping online. I was extremely impressed by the customer service. Sabrina ( hope I spelled that correctly) went above and beyond to help me. She answered all my questions with the patience of a Saint as I know I was going a mile a minute lol I highly recommend the service of scanning your skin for shade matching and skincare recommendations. AND it's free!!!! The store is clean, well stocked , and well lit. Can't wait to return and get my makeup done :) thank you for the wonderful memory !!"

"Astro (I think is what she said her name was) helped match me for foundation and concealer without using their fancy skin scanner because it was down! She knows her color theory so well. she matched me for Haus Labs and wow. It looks so seamless you can not even tell I have anything on. I have never had a foundation match that well before."
