"Was introduced to Lush through my granddaughter's Christmas requests. Now I keep a steady supply of Dragons Eggs for the bath and Karma Bodywash for the shower and Karma lotion for daily use. Their Seanik and Flyway Shampoo bars are great for travelling and everyday use. Love that I can order online or swing by and browse."

"Love the fragrant soaps and body wash. Please mention to your customers that soaps melt to oil when left in the car on a hot day. When I got home, all I had was a puddle of oil. All the soap was gone. Sigh. Not your fault, I wish I knew better, but now I do."

"I absolutely love Lush products! The location smells good when you go in. CUSTOMER SERVICE: When entering the location, we said hello but wasn’t greeted back. We were the only customers in the store and the worker didn’t help us or asked if we needed help until my spouse had to ask. To me that is not professional. When calling the location to make them aware of the situation, the clerk Priscilla did not want us to know the name of the poor customer service employee that was working along side her at the time so we can inform the manager to let them know to be better with customer service in the future so I can update my review to 5 stars. As much as I love my Ocean Salt Exfoliating scrub, bad customer service will make you not want to return to do business again."
