"Yes it is expensive. I've read so many bad reviews about Hair club. I want to share my experience. So I set up a consultation to see how it works and the cost. I knew I couldn't afford the surgery or the laser. I knew what I wanted when I went in and I wasn't going to let them sell me something else. The staff was excellent. Very helpful. I wanted a toupee and that's it. So I met with the person and I told her my plan and my knowledge of the toupee. To my surprise they did not make me do the micro test or anything I couldn't afford. She could have tried to sell me the 4000 dollar gold package but to my surprise she sold me the 1600 dollar package. So I didn't have 1600 dollar right then and I shared that with her. So we came up with a plan to make it work. I will be paying it over 3 months then she will install my hair system. In the meantime I told her I had bought my own system and ask if they could install it and cut it to fit my head and her answer actually shocked me. She said they would cut it to my head, install it and cut and style it to my liking for 150 dollars. So I could get use to wearing it while I'm paying for there program. So to debut the bad reviews online, I had a great experience. Again, if you don't have 3 to 500 a month to spend then save your time and don't go. It's expensive, but it is worth it for your own self confidence. I will be updating my review as I go through the process because I believe in reviews to help others. I am very glad I went in and can't wait until next week when I get my hair. Conclusion, in my opinion are wrong and it's about listening and asking a lot of questions. They will answer whatever you ask. There is no stupid question when it comes to your looks and your own self esteem. "I give the Hair Club of Oklahoma City a five star rating. After almost three year of being a member, I have to brag about how well things have gone for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has hair loss problems. In addition to being fully satisfied with the products and my appearance, I would like to comment on the manager and staff and how well organized and professional they are. They always make me feel extremely welcome and am greeted with a smile when I walk in the door. They are very helpful and always answer any questions or concerns that I may have."

"The friendliest staff makes this huge adjustment fun, easy, comfortable and exciting. The whole staff knew me by name after the first visit and each one came into the salon area to see the progress - one of the staff almost was in tears when she saw how happy I am. They are all so concerned that I am satisfied with what is being done and they take the time to answer my many questions. I am a very happy "camper" with a head of hair to be proud of."

"No one noticed but me...my hair was thinning! I tried several products over a year that didn't work! I finally called Hair Club for an appointment. It was the best decision I ever made. I have been using the products for 5 months and I am pleased to say my hair is thicker and looks healthy!! I am so happy with everything HC provides! And I love all the girls there. They provide great service and a friendly face! Losing hair is hard for anyone and extremely hard for a female. At first I didn't want to make a comment and let everyone see who I was. "My hair started thinning when I was 24 and I was a little worried about getting it done at Hair club. I did not want it to look like I was wearing a wig or look completely fake and everyone to wonder what was up with my hair. I first went to the Hair Cub for a free appointment when I was 27 and even though everyone was really nice I decided against it, but this spring I went back (i'm 28 now) and had the biomatrix service. I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life! My stylist (Tammy) made it look completely natural and people who have never meet me tell me what amazing hair I have. I wear it a different style everyday and at first I was worried about the upkeep , but they hold your hand and walk you through the process until you are comfortable on your own. And the staff is amazing from the day you walk in that door everyone one of them make sure you have an awesome experience. If you are considering having any services done from here I highly recommend at least going in and talking with them,"
