"Alyssa first did my eyebrows in 2018 and they turned out great. However, when I went back for my touchup I was told by the other people in her building that she was in Denver after driving an hour to Norman…. On the day SHE scheduled my appointment for. No apologies from Alyssa for that, she just basically said we will need to rebook. Fast forward three years and I am in need of having them completely redone so I figured maybe that was just an inconvenient experience so I’ll try to go through her again. I book online and text her to confirm my appointment. She says yes I’m on the books but needed to come in at a different time. She rescheduled my time twice, resent me confirmation emails with the new time and location. I, once again, drive an hour to Norman just for her to tell me she doesn’t work in Norman on Thursdays and that she has no idea why her scheduling system let me book that location for that day. Even though she sent me two new schedule confirmations both that said the Norman office. I asked to reschedule, she tried to squeeze me in on a day that I turned out to be unavailable. I tried to text her twice about different times, taking the original spot she tried to put me in, etc. and surprise surprise no response. So now I am being ghosted after wasting my time driving to her place of work. I will not be recommending Alyssa to anyone. It’s a shame because she does decent work, but her unreliability and unprofessionalism are not worth it. There are other people who can do just as good if not better work than her and will actually show up when they are supposed to, at the place they are supposed to, without ignoring you for their mistakes. If I could give 0 stars I would."
