"I usually have a good experience at this location, but today the Assistant Manager fired someone on the sales floor, she was very rude about it ( young Hispanic). I did consider her age when looking at the situation. I told her that she should have done that perhaps in the back, well she didn’t like that so she became kinda rude to me too, so I spoke to the msnsger (Asian) who was there the whole time, he didn’t seem bothered by this behavior, kinda of upheld her actions. African American women we need to do better, we spend too much hard earned money to watch such disrespect and then to be treated like less when we voice our concern is horrible. Let’s shop at stores where we are respected and our business is appreciated. Tru Beauty Supply is down the street, but their selection is small. We need more Black Owned Beauty supply stores.one dissatisfied customer. I mentioned race because the racism was felt and the conversation with the manager was evident that this was a factor. Racism is not always an issue to bring up but, the truth of the matter is that today though undercover it is alive and well. It is what it is we need more black owned Beaty supply store where we don’t have to feel this way. Again Tru Beauty Supply is right down the street ladies, go where you are respected and appreciated."

"I like the variety of items they have here the convenient location, and the prices are pretty reasonable. The signage they have written and posted all over the store. It’s kind of Odd. I’m not sure of the caliber of customers they get. Maybe they feel that is necessary. I don’t know… I do think it’s other ways to deliver the message that you want to get across. Anyway, I will continue to shop there. The people working were friendly and I didn’t have any issues. Just odd to see so many negative signs posted."
