"I wanted to write this review about my positive experience since I saw a lot of negative ones on here. I visited this location today around 11:30am and was immediately greeted upon entering, with a friendly inquiry about whether I needed assistance. When I asked for the location of the bleach, an associate named Kayla (I believe) not only directed me but also offered to help with any further questions. She was genuinely nice! Another associate later asked how I was doing. During checkout, I signed up for their rewards program since Kayla mentioned I could get $5 off for every $50 I spend. She also let me know about a sale happening next month. As I left, I was wished a nice day. Overall, everyone was friendly, the store was clean, and I found everything I needed :)""

"There was a guy behind the counter, i told him i was looking for color that would cover up grey! He rattled off a couple of things! I then said ok and where would those be? He said a location across from another! If i would've known i wouldn't have asked! He never moved from behind the register! So i legt saying I'll go somewhere where they are wling to help people!"

"I use to come to this location FREQUENTLY. After today , I will not again. The girl with rainbow hair has the worst attitude. I watched her treat the couple paying in front of me like they were idiots. So I was already upset.. well once it was my turn my treatment was NO BETTER. I’ll be picking a different location. Doesn’t matter the distance."

"I used to love this place, it’s really gone down hill in the last few years! The employees are less knowledgeable, rude, and simply just don’t care. Tonight I pulled up at 5 min til 7, by the time I got my purse and turned off my car she had locked the door and was counting down the register. Pretty sure she saw my lights and hurried to lock the door.. the sports clips next door had a customer walk in at the same time I was trying and they took him! And that’s for a hair cut! My interaction would have taken all of 2 min if that. I fuss it’s time to call my friend the hairdresser to get products:( just tired"
