"I went to HD Skincare at Plushed Spa this week for a facial with Hannah, and the service was great! Hannah is both warm and professional. Before she started the facial, she made sure to understand my current skin routine, going so far as to look up the ingredients in the moisturizer that I currently use. I could tell that Hannah knows her stuff: she was able to tell me about the pros and cons of various ingredients I was using and even sent me a follow-up email after the facial, linking me to a scientific study about one particularly controversial ingredient. I've had acne for 30 years and have been to various places for facials in that time. By far, Hannah has been the best. I left the facial feeling that she had brought my skin back to life! Hannah is really a pro, and I love that she didn't try to constantly upsell me products. I love when an esthetician stresses the importance of not just what goes on top of you skin but what goes into your body that helps impact our skin. I already have my next appointment booked!
