"This was back in 2021 but I revoke my last review. This place sucks, I went to get tanned before my wedding and they helped me buy everything I needed and I tanned the first day and they told me to come back the next day. I’ve never tanned before like this ever so I came back and explained to the employee that I’m new to this and that I was there the day before and how long I was in there for, she put me in the machine for awhile and little did I know that was a mistake. Note, I put everything I needed to put on properly before getting in the bed. After that I felt an itch on my back then headed home, once I got home a few hours past and it felt as if I was being stabbed by pin needles everywhere. My mom carried me to the bathroom while I was crying and stuck me in the bath with cold water, after I got out it happened immediately again so I was taken to the ER and luckily I was still on my dads tricare, was given oxycodone, and a cooling/numbing gel with wraps so the moisturizer could stay in, basically told I was burned by the machine. I paid for the first months use but they said it was a package or something so I had to pay the next few months or the upcoming month even tho I only went twice. I explained to them that I basically got screwed by the employee and got burned and put on bed rest and reminder, my wedding was a week away then. The employee basically said “damn that sucks oh well” and didn’t do anything. I said screw that, got a new card, then they had the audacity to call me cause my “next months payment”didn’t go through and weren’t paying out. I know I took the chance of going, but the fact that they still wanted me to pay for a months worth when I wouldn't have even gone and I already paid for a month when I only went twice and then got burned is terrible. My first time in the tanning bed was 5 minutes I think but then the next day she put me in for 10-15 minutes can’t remember."
