"I called to make an appt as a new client and had to wait almost 3 months for a check-up/cleaning appointment. They called me a few days before my appointment saying they would need to reschedule because the doctor was unavailable. I asked for the next available appt and they said it would be in 2+ months. I was confused and upset and I told her how long I had already waited, as I was talking to the receptionist Taylor she rudely just passed the phone to someone else. I have worked in customer service jobs and have never done that. I wasn’t even yelling or anything I was just calmly explaining my frustration. Soooooo unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am so glad I was able to find a great place that could fit me in right away."
