"Dallas had a heck of a day before he got to our house. He kept us informed of when he was coming and arrived almost exactly when he said he would. He got right to work and gave us an updated estimate based on our needs. We ended up needing some pretty extensive remediation in one area and he planned his day so that he could wrap everything up within about 3 hours. We had moved all of the furniture before he arrived so he was in and out of the rooms quickly. He was super careful about not abusing the walls and answered all of my questions enthusiastically.
