"They are the one of the best companies I've ever work for!!!"
"I had a positive experience with Forte Commercial Cleaning. Their professionalism and thorough cleaning services provided a great opportunity for maintaining a clean environment. I highly recommend their services."
"Worst place to work for had a black person spit at me while I was at work at the Delta center when I went to the supervisor he told me not to take it personal that it was just a joke and that that guy was my friend ."
"Title: Appalling Discrimination and Ignorance Towards a Disabled Woman at Delta Center by Forte Cleaning Company I am deeply appalled by the disgraceful display of discrimination and ignorance that unfolded at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, orchestrated by the entire team of employees from Forte Cleaning Company, particularly the manager and his wife. They behaved particularly ignorant toward me when they unjustly singled me out for the second night in a row after they, unfairly denied me the opportunity to showcase my abilities and earn the compensation I was rightfully entitled to—$15.00 per hour in cash, paid directly after the shift. I was subsequently mistreated, all in blatant disregard of my rights and the law. This evening, I returned with the attached letter (see attached), after I was discriminated against and denied the same right to work as others without a service dog and disability. I was unjustly told that I could not participate in the cleaning job assigned to others because I was in possession of a service dog, an essential companion for my continued journey toward recovery. It is not only shocking but deeply disheartening that I was discriminated against in front of everyone present in the line of workers, security officers, and Delta Center employees, all with radios tuned in. Furthermore, it's vital to emphasize that I possess both citizenship and identification, making me eligible for employment. Despite my ability and qualifications, I was unjustly denied the opportunity to work, while individuals without U.S. citizenship and lacking identification were hired above and beyond myself, both tonight and last night. This discrepancy in treatment is not only unfair but showcases the shocking discrimination I faced. The disregard shown by Forte Cleaning Company for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is alarming. The ADA is a federal law that protects the rights of individuals with disabilities, ensuring they have equal access to opportunities and services. Discrimination against a disabled individual, especially in such a public and blatant manner, is a serious violation of this law. Legal ramifications for a cleaning and janitorial company like Forte could include but are not limited to: 1. Civil Lawsuits: The woman who experienced discrimination may have grounds for a civil lawsuit against Forte for violating her rights under the ADA. 2. Penalties and Fines: The U.S. Department of Justice can impose penalties and fines on entities that violate the ADA. 3. Loss of Contracts: Such incidents can lead to contract termination or non-renewal with the client (in this case, the Delta Center). 4. Reputational Damage: Forte's reputation may be severely impacted, leading to a loss of customers and credibility in the industry. It is my hope that this review serves as a stern reminder that discrimination and disregard for the law are unacceptable, and that individuals and companies engaging in such behavior must be held accountable. Discrimination and ignorance have no place in our society, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure that the rights of disabled individuals, as guaranteed by the ADA, are upheld and protected. My intentions are to be sure this type of ignorance and stupidity doesn't continue to ruin lives and people trying to get back to supporting themselves."
"We've used Forte for more than a year now and and I have to say they're terrific. They've worked with us to clean our building at odd hours and have always come through! I know when I arrive in the morning that everything will be clean and I don't have to worry about anything not being done. The cleaners at our location are super honest as well. We've had a number of lost wallets, purses and phones and they always call to let me know that they've found something and that they'll put it in a safe spot until it can be retrieved. We are thankful for our Forte team!"
