"We took my partners suit in for a press on Thursday (needing it done by Saturday morning), we knew we had left it late and were understanding if it couldn’t be done. However they were very helpful and just charged us a $5 rush fee and had it ready by Friday night. The suit looked great, and would recommend here to others!"

"I had the most wonderful experience. My wedding dress had seen a lot. It was two weeks old covered in sea water and sand. I had my doubts my dress could be saved. Got married on the beach in Hawaii. I knew it was a risk, with my particular dress. Long train, horse hair lace embroidery. But they told me not a problem. Not only was it a very reasonable price for dry cleaning my wedding dress. They also preserved it. It is in a box all proper for the next several decades, or until I decide what to do with it. Ivan was so nice and knowledgeable. I couldn’t asked for a better job!"

"They shrunk my suit 2 inches up the wrist and my slacks are skin tight. No, I didn't gain 15 pounds in 4 days while you had it. This was the loosest suit I owned. I brought it back and they said I was lying. They also poked a penny sized hole in the left pant leg under the pocket, but denied that as well. Zero accountability. Zero apologies. Zero care. And the back of their store is disgusting. Trust me when I say to look elsewhere. I'm out hundreds of dollars now and have to buy a new suit. This one has to go in the trash now. They wouldn't even do as little as refund their "cleaning" fee (a shrinking fee)."

"Premier cleaners is an excellent place to get a wedding dress cleaned. My daughter had her bridals at Bryce Canyon and the bottom foot of her dress ended up covered in red dirt. I was afraid it wouldn’t come out. It is a heavily beaded dress but Premier was able to clean it and were very careful with it. Thank you! Highly recommended!!"

"They broke 3 buttons on my new custom suit 2 days before my wedding. Literally split the button holding the jacket closed in half... When I initially picked up the suit, they had replacements for my buttons sitting on the counter. They said nothing. When I got home and checked the suit and I found the buttons broken. I went back and asked them to fix it. They said they could but not before my wedding. I asked for a refund, they played dumb about breaking it and refused to give me a refund. I now don't have time to argue because I need to get my suit fixed ASAP... I will never use them again. I will discourage anyone from using them."
